WHAT I BRING THAT MOST RESEARCHERS DON'T.
Most UX researchers come from design or academia. I come from operations: hospitality, logistics, enterprise workflows, service recovery. That means I already understand the constraints your users work inside before I run a single interview. I don't need to be taught that processes are messy or that stakeholders have competing priorities. I map that. Then I help you decide what to change.
I'm a UX Researcher and Product Designer with 5+ years in research-led product work and 15+ years in service-heavy environments, including Disney-trained guest operations, enterprise supply chain at ExxonMobil, and digital transformation programs at Braskem across Latin America.
